The rotating nut adapter is used in machines where a longer stroke is required and where screw rotation is not feasible due to whip vibrations. Our product overcomes this problem by keeping the screw stationary while only the nut rotates, thus enabling the implementation of long-stroke machines while retaining all the advantages of using screws. The advantages of the screw compared to other drive methods, such as rack and pinion, belt, or chain drives, are that the screw maintains high positioning accuracy, high driving force, and high linear thrust.
