Payment
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The available payment methods, the currency and the total amount are shown in your order before you confirm it. Payment methods depend on the delivery country:
- Delivery in Bulgaria: by bank card, by bank transfer or cash on delivery (cash payment to the courier on receipt).
- Delivery to another country: by bank card.
Bank transfer. You can pay to the following account: IBAN BG17UNCR70001524318486, BIC UNCRBGSF, bank UniCredit Bulbank AD, account holder „Екзалто“ ЕООД (Exallto EOOD). Please quote the proforma invoice or order number as the payment reference. To speed up processing, you may send a copy of the payment order to sales@exallto.com. Transfer charges are borne by the payer.
Delivery
Choose the delivery country and enter the delivery address in your order. The available courier services and the delivery charge are calculated for the destination and the contents of your basket and are shown before you confirm the order. The delivery charge is paid by the recipient unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Within Bulgaria: by Speedy or Econt – to an address or to a courier office.
- To other EU countries: by Speedy (Speedy International) to an address.
- Outside the EU: customs duties, import fees and taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Delivery times
- Products in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment or order confirmation.
- Cutting to size adds 1 working day.
- Products with other processing to specification are dispatched within the time agreed in our e-mail correspondence.
- After dispatch you receive a tracking number for your parcel. Transit time after dispatch is the courier’s transit time and depends on the country and the place of delivery – usually 1–2 working days within Bulgaria and, for other EU countries, according to the courier’s indicative transit times in the table below.
- Parcels are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

These times are based on the courier Speedy (DPD Economy) and are indicative – the usual transit time from Sofia to the main cities of the country. For other locations, in peak periods or for reasons beyond our control, delivery may take longer. The times are not guaranteed by Exallto. For countries not listed, the time is shown or confirmed when you order.
