JK-HSD86 is a stepper servo drive that can accept 20-80 VDC operating voltage and output 0.1-10A continuous current depending on the load. It is capable of driving NEMA 17, 23, 24, and 34 stepper servo motors (stepper motors with encoders) with closed-loop real-time position control. Based on the latest DSP technologies and implementing advanced control algorithms. JK-HSD86 implements servo control of stepper motors for precise positioning regardless of the load. In combination with a feedback motor, they provide optimal operation of stepper motors. The default output resolution is 2000 pulses (equal to 10 microsteps in two-phase stepper systems). Using DIP switches, the user can easily change the output resolution to one of 15 output resolutions from 400 to 51,200 (equal to 2-256 microsteps in 2-phase stepper systems).

The hybrid SERVO driver is an electronic device that combines the characteristics of both stepper and servo motors to provide precise control and higher efficiency.
Its main functions include:
1. Position control: Hybrid SERVO drivers use feedback for precise motor positioning. This is achieved through encoders or other sensors that monitor the actual position of the shaft and correct the movement if necessary.
2. Speed control: The driver regulates the motor speed to ensure smooth movement and avoid sudden changes that could lead to mechanical issues.
3. Current control: By managing the current supplied to the motor windings, the driver ensures optimal operation and protects the motor from overheating or damage.
4. Increased efficiency: Hybrid SERVO drivers offer better efficiency compared to standard stepper motors, as they reduce energy consumption and heat dissipation.
5. Precision: Thanks to feedback, these drivers ensure high movement precision, making them suitable for applications requiring accuracy, such as CNC machines and 3D printers.
The hybrid driver combines the advantages of stepper motors (easy control and stability) with those of servo motors (high precision and control), making it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial and hobby applications.
