HKT30/PD30 is an incremental encoder designed for feedback on motor/gearbox rotation/positioning. The 5V supply voltage combined with voltage outputs on A and B signals makes it suitable for direct interfacing with microcontroller boards. The recommended operating frequency is 40kHz and allows shaft rotation of 2400 revolutions per minute. The working wheel included in the kit has a resolution of 1000, ensuring high precision. The wheel grip diameter is Ø6mm.
