Breakout board for ETH motion card – EXETH
Breakout board for ETH motion card – EXETHMC is a breakout board designed for use with the ETH-MC controller board. Multiple inputs and outputs are brought out via user-friendly screw terminals with a 3.5mm pitch. All inputs/outputs are labelled in accordance with the pins on the controller board, brought out on connectors CON3, CON4, CON5, CON6. Supply voltages V+ (controller board supply voltage), 12V, 5V and VDD (3.3V) are brought out on screw terminals. The board features 3 opto-isolated inputs, 1 opto-isolated output, and an analogue voltage of 0-10V for spindle control.
*Note: The terminals are pre-populated for 16 inputs and 16 outputs, which is more than sufficient for most machines. Optocouplers (package SFH620) are not installed in the sockets, nor is an operational amplifier (package LM358). When installing the operational amplifier and using the 0-10V voltage, it is necessary to adjust the voltage using potentiometer P1.
